The Origin

This company did not start in a boardroom.
It started with a problem we could not ignore.

We saw the gap.

Year after year, working alongside insurance agents, real estate teams, and small businesses, we saw the same pattern.

Talented, driven professionals doing everything right and still losing. Not from lack of effort or skill. From the invisible weight of broken infrastructure beneath them.

Leads falling through the cracks. Deals lost because the CRM did not reflect how the team actually worked. Hours burned on manual tasks a well-designed automation could handle in seconds.

We asked: why is this still a problem?

The tools existed. Enterprise companies had figured this out years ago — dedicated operations teams, built-out CRM platforms, marketing automation, AI-driven workflows.

But none of that was accessible to the insurance agent, the real estate team, or the small business owner. The people who needed it most were being priced out, oversold to, or left to figure it out themselves.

We decided that was unacceptable.

So we built SPRK.

Not as a software vendor. Not as a marketing agency. As an infrastructure partner, the kind of company we wished had existed when we were on the other side of the gap.

There are no hidden fees in our contracts. No vague "consulting hours" that appear on invoices. No recommendations made because they are profitable for us. If something does not make sense for your business, we will tell you, even if that means recommending a different approach.

Co-Founder & CEO

A U.S. Army veteran, Paul Huneycutt served 11 years, reaching the rank of SSG, with deployments in the U.S. and Germany. After moving into insurance, he built a $4 million-a-year agency at an IMO before co-founding Just Health Insurance with Brandon Dorsey. With 16 years of industry experience, Paul helped launch SPRK to create a fair, affordable, agent-focused CRM and lead platform for the insurance space.

Co-Founder & CTO

Stetson Davis served seven years in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft mechanic on the Boeing C-17A Globemaster III, achieving the rank of SSgt and supporting the Nuclear Airlift Force at McChord Field. He also played a key role in Operation Allies Refuge. Now, as a Full Stack Developer, he specializes in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, SQL, and Google Apps Script, bringing technical depth and efficiency to SPRK.
