SPRK is not a software company. We are operators who build infrastructure, and everything we build comes from having lived the problem ourselves.
Year after year, working alongside insurance agents, real estate teams, and small businesses, we saw the same pattern.
Talented, driven professionals doing everything right and still losing. Not from lack of effort or skill. From the invisible weight of broken infrastructure beneath them.
Leads falling through the cracks. Deals lost because the CRM did not reflect how the team actually worked. Hours burned on manual tasks a well-designed automation could handle in seconds.
The tools existed. Enterprise companies had figured this out years ago — dedicated operations teams, built-out CRM platforms, marketing automation, AI-driven workflows.
But none of that was accessible to the insurance agent, the real estate team, or the small business owner. The people who needed it most were being priced out, oversold to, or left to figure it out themselves.
We decided that was unacceptable.
Not as a software vendor. Not as a marketing agency. As an infrastructure partner, the kind of company we wished had existed when we were on the other side of the gap.
A company that builds the systems, stands behind them, and is honest about what it costs and what it takes.
That is still what SPRK is today. Three principles guide everything: Transparency. Dependability. Affordability. Not as aspirations. As requirements.
These three words are not marketing language. They define exactly how we operate, how we price our work, how we show up for our clients, and what we refuse to compromise on.
We believe you have the right to understand exactly what you are paying for, exactly what we are building, and exactly why we are making every decision we make. We explain our work in plain language, not jargon designed to keep you dependent on us.
There are no hidden fees in our contracts. No vague "consulting hours" that appear on invoices. No recommendations made because they are profitable for us. If something does not make sense for your business, we will tell you, even if that means recommending a different approach.
"Transparency is not a policy here. It is the only way we know how to work."
Your business runs on the systems we build. That means we have an obligation to build them right the first time, not just functional, but resilient, tested, and ready for the edge cases your business will eventually face.
And when something needs attention, because in real world systems it occasionally will, we show up. Not three emails later. Not after a helpdesk ticket sits for a week. When you need us, we are there. That is not a feature of our service. It is who we are.
"We do not disappear after the build. That is not how we define a finished system."
Enterprise grade infrastructure should not require an enterprise budget. This was non negotiable for us when we founded SPRK. The businesses that need these systems the most, the independent agent, the regional real estate team, the growing agency, are exactly the ones who have historically been priced out of them.
We built our pricing model around that belief. Transparent, fair, and scaled to what your business actually is, not what a vendor hopes to extract from it.
"World class systems. Without the price tag designed to make you feel small."
These are not brand statements. These are the actual convictions that guide our decisions, what we say yes to, what we say no to, and how we show up for every client we work with.
Built and run by operators who have lived the problems our clients face, not consultants who read about them.
